Return Policy

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns on personalized items unless there is a defect or mistake on our part.
  • Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused, original condition with all tags attached.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a replacement.
  • Personalized items can only be exchanged if we made an error in customization (misspelled name, incorrect color, or wrong size due to our mistake).

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  2. Attach clear photos showing any defects or errors.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide return or exchange instructions if applicable.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
